Planning commission recommends approval of Roubicek preliminary subdivision
The Buffalo County Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously Feb. 15 to recommend that the County Board approve the preliminary plat for the Roubicek Subdivision after hearing a re-presentation from the applicant’s surveyor and reviewing prior Board of Adjustment relaxations.

The Buffalo County Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Feb. 15 to recommend that the Buffalo County Board of Commissioners approve the preliminary plat for the Roubicek Subdivision, a parcel in the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 9 North, Range 16 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
