The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution on Nov. 7 to adopt on-site wastewater treatment system regulations. Commissioners Rick Pelton and R.J. Jolly moved and seconded the adoption during new business; the motion passed according to the meeting minutes.
