Council lists data-center prospects and development agreements for closed-session economic-development talks
The council announced it would convene an executive session to consult with counsel and deliberate economic-development negotiations involving Big White Digital LLC; PH Digital Data Center Development LLC (formerly Project Mustang); KDC Taylor DC Investments 2 LLC (formerly Project Meridian); and a development agreement with I Market America Inc.; no action was taken in closed session.

At the end of its Aug. 13 meeting the Taylor City Council announced it would enter closed executive session under Texas Government Code provisions for attorney consultation and economic-development negotiations. The publicly read agenda described potential negotiations with several corporate prospects.
