Student presenters Jennifer Kovarik, Rachel Randolph and Abigail Arredondo presented final renderings for a proposed Cheyenne County courthouse annex during the Nov. 25 meeting. The students said the project should be complete by February 2026 and that they will submit a finalized project report in the new year.
