Doug Schnell delivered the Department of Public Works report noting several completed and ongoing tasks: senior banners were installed on light poles, pond discharge work is complete, water service at the cemetery has been restored, and the DWAM project to replace galvanized and lead lines has resumed for the season. Schnell also reported the elevator at the plant is scheduled to be removed by the following day.
