City staff asked the council to approve a resolution documenting a previously authorized amendment to a Texas General Land Office (GLO) Community Development Block Grant mitigation method-of-distribution contract. Hector, speaking for staff, said the GLO previously accepted meeting minutes as proof but now requires a formal resolution to complete the file.
