The Kossuth County Conservation Board approved its July meeting minutes on a motion by Young, seconded by Eichenberger; the motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting the board approved 59 bills submitted for payment after a motion by Larry, seconded by Rasmussen; that motion also passed unanimously.
