On Aug. 12 the Kossuth County Conservation Board voted unanimously to enter a closed session with County Attorney Todd Holmes, citing "Iowa code 21.5C imminent litigation." The motion to go into closed session was made by Rasmussen and seconded by Eichenberger. After discussion the board voted, again by motion from Rasmussen and second by Eichenberger, to return to open session.
