Kossuth County conservation board asks supervisors to amend ATV/UTV rule for park roads
The Kossuth County Conservation Board voted unanimously to ask the Board of Supervisors to amend County Ordinance #114-B by striking the word “Park” in Section 4, item #7, which the board said would allow ATV and UTV use on roads inside parks owned by the conservation board.

The Kossuth County Conservation Board voted unanimously on Feb. 10 to request that the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors amend County Ordinance No. 114-B so that All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) may be lawful on roads inside parks the conservation board owns.
