Staff presented the results of RFP 2026-10 for municipal court and utility-billing collection services, saying four proposals were received and evaluated by a review team that included procurement staff, the court administrator and the utility-billing manager. Lydia, the procurement lead, said all four firms were qualified but Linebarger's reporting features and user-friendly tools were decisive.
