Kossuth County adopts construction-evaluation resolution to review confinement feeding permit applications
The county adopted Resolution #01-02-26-01 under Iowa Code §459.304(3), committing to evaluate every confinement feeding operation construction permit received Feb. 1, 2026–Jan. 31, 2027 using the statutory master matrix and submit recommendations to the Iowa DNR.
