Council approved President Pelfrey’s recommendations to appoint Emrick Zelmer and Chantelle Dowling to the DDA board by a 7-0 vote.

President Pelfrey recommended two appointments to the Downtown Development Authority board: Emrick Zelmer (Manis & Mochas) and Chantelle Dowling (VBDL–Webster Memorial). President Pro Tem Jackson moved the appointments with support from Trustee McCann; the motion carried 7-0.
