President Pro Tem Jackson moved, with support from Trustee McCann, to approve the Oct. 5, 2026 council meeting agenda, the amended Sept. 14 meeting minutes, and accounts payable ending Sept. 30, 2026, in the amount of $367,184.20. The motion carried 7-0.
