The Village of Decatur DDA formally adopted the Façade Grant Program application and related documents at its May 13 meeting. "Miller offered a motion to approve the presented Façade Grant Program Application and Documents, as recommended by the Façade Grant Subcommittee," the minutes record; Dan Hutchins supported the motion and it carried unanimously 5-0.
