The Village of Decatur Council adopted Resolution 2026-007 on May 27, 2026, authorizing submittal of an application under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) to support lead service line replacements. Trustee Pachner moved to adopt the resolution, with support from President Pro Tem Jackson; the roll-call vote was 6-1, with Trustee Mead Jr. casting the lone no vote.
