Leslie, director of Development and Neighborhood Services, told the council the packet contains mostly minor clarifications but includes one substantive addition: a parks overlay zoning district that will be applied to public parks using classifications from the 2021 Parks, Open Space and Recreation (PROS) Master Plan.
