Cass County supervisors approve $2.5 million commitment to Vision Atlantic

At a special meeting Sept. 30, 2025, the Cass County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to commit $2.5 million to Vision Atlantic, structured as $500,000 per year for five years beginning in fiscal year 2026–2027. Supervisor Wendy Richter moved the measure and Supervisor Mark O’Brien seconded; the minutes record the vote as "all ayes."
