An information-technology staff member told commissioners that a contractor working for LightStream accidentally cut a county-owned fiber line that connected the Justice Center and the East Annex. To maintain services at the annex, staff issued temporary cell phones and hotspots and forwarded calls, and said internet and phone service were restored temporarily.
