Jefferson County planning staff presented a map of a defined “Greater Rigby” planning area and asked advisory-group members to help draft guiding principles and a short vision statement to steer development over the next 25–30 years. "What we're gonna be doing is we're gonna put together these guiding principles," the county presenter said while showing the map of the 30-square-mile area.
