Jefferson County planning staff recommended the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of Zone Map Amendment 26-0003, a request to rezone roughly 21.741 acres off Twin View Road from AG-40 to R-5 to bring the parcel into consistency with surrounding residential zoning.
