UW–Green Bay Sheboygan campus: RFP issued, building tours held; lease amendment under review
Building Services Director Kevin Dulmes told the committee that an RFP for the UW–Green Bay Sheboygan campus went out in early January, building tours were held Feb. 10, 2026, and staff are working to amend the campus lease agreement; no amendment details were provided.

Kevin Dulmes of Building Services updated the Property Committee on the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay Sheboygan campus at the Feb. 10, 2026 meeting. Dulmes said an RFP was issued in early January and building tours were conducted on Feb. 10, 2026. He also advised the committee that staff are working on amending the campus lease agreement.
