The Planning Commission on Sept. 8 approved a tentative parcel map (PLZ-2026-055) to merge and re-subdivide an approximately 10.68-acre parcel at 20 Miley Road into Parcel A (5.60 acres) and Parcel B (5.11 acres) with 15 Conditions of Approval; commissioners noted Miley Road is a private roadway.

The Lyon County Planning Commission approved a tentative parcel map Sept. 8 for a Mason Valley property at 20 Miley Road (APN 014-641-03; PLZ-2026-055). Senior Planner Lisa Nash presented the application from Ruth E. Redmon to merge and re-subdivide an approximately 10.68-acre parcel into two parcels: Parcel A (5.60 acres) and Parcel B (5.11 acres). Commissioners discussed title work and clarified that Miley Road is a private (non-county-maintained) roadway.
