The Lowry Crossing City Council unanimously approved Resolution 140 on Feb. 11, 2025, addressing Improvement Area #3 of the Simpson Road Public Improvement District (PID). The resolution determines costs for authorized improvements, approves a preliminary amended and restated service plan and assessment plan, and directs the proposed Improvement Area #3 Assessment Roll be filed with the City Secretary. Committee member Joe Trujillo made the motion, and Committee member Tammy Hodges seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
