Board member Al Ingle recommended making better use of existing northern parking and restricting oversized vehicles from central spaces: "Reserve a portion of the northern parking lot(s) for boats, RVs, and other large vehicles and prohibit them from parking in other areas downtown." He also proposed supporting a golf cart or pedicab taxi from the northern lots to central downtown to encourage use of those spaces.
