Staff reports account balances, system counts and assessment certification timetable
Staff reported 98 systems positive and 11 negative, account balances near $182,000 falling to about $153,000 due to reconstruction spending, and said the board will certify assessment collections on Oct. 26 with a formal collections deadline of Nov. 10, 2027 and final payment no later than Nov. 10, 2031.

Gary Timmerman presented the board's financial snapshot, saying "98 systems positive, 11 negative" and that the drainage account was "a little less than a $182,000" before recent reconstruction costs reduced it to "a little, over a 153,000." He attributed the decline primarily to reconstruction project expenditures.
