Leon County Commissioners on Sept. 8 approved the plat for Riggs Ranch Land Company and authorized a 120‑day road‑use (pipeline) agreement for County Roads 430, 431 and 432 in Precinct 4. Several other road‑use and pipeline items on the agenda were tabled.
