Laura, the recreation coordinator, told the board she is enrolled in a leadership-academy program and plans a capstone project: an online resident survey to inventory what programs people want and where gaps exist. "I'm very early kind of in my stages of this project... It's gonna be a survey that I will send out to citizens," Laura said.
