On March 16 the Common Council amended Ordinance 0115-24-01 to increase sewer surcharge rates and adopted Ordinance 0216-26-01 to amend Chapter 429-10 concerning solid waste collection. Alderperson Sheldon LaBudda moved the sewer-surcharge amendment and Alderperson Ken Southworth seconded; the voice vote was recorded as unanimous among members present.
