The Wells County Council on July 5 approved Resolution 2022-06 to create the "Wells County, Indiana County Highway Garage Construction Fund" and appropriate $175,000 in anticipated proceeds from the sale of county-owned real estate to the Wells County, Indiana Building Corporation to pay for costs of a new county highway garage.
