Wells County Council adopts LIT changes, creates Enhanced Access fund and approves routine budget items
Wells County Council on Sept. 5 approved Ordinance 2023-12 to reallocate local income tax into LIT EMS and LIT PSAP funds, passed Ordinance 2023-13 to create an Enhanced Access Fund for public-record access fees, and approved several transfers and additional appropriations during a regular session following public hearings.
