Allen County to place RTA appointment and Delphos annexation on upcoming agendas
County staff said the board will consider appointing Jacob Rigali to the Regional Transit Authority Board at Thursday’s meeting and that a Marion Township–City of Delphos annexation petition has been refiled and will be placed on next week’s agenda for acceptance and to set a hearing date.

County staff told the Board of Allen County Commissioners on Jan. 13 that two non-controversial administrative items will be scheduled for upcoming agendas: a potential appointment to the Regional Transit Authority Board and a refiled annexation petition.
