The Pickaway County Board of Commissioners voted May 12 to approve the Subdivision Plat for the Rickenbacker Land Expansion Phases, authorizing Lots 1A, 1B, 2, 3 and 4 in Madison Township. The plat covers sections 17, 18 and 20 in Township 10 North, Range 21 West, and lists five individual lots ranging from 3.740 to 243.143 acres.
