The Pickaway County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution No. PC‑051226‑23 and the associated Second Partial Assignment and Assumption Agreement on May 12, consenting to the transfer of certain CRA (Community Reinvestment Area) rights related to the Northern Industrial Area. The assignment moves rights and obligations for a portion of the CRAA Land from DRCS Intermodal Site F 1 LLC to Columbus OH II DGH, LLC.
