Pickaway County adopts cybersecurity program to comply with new state law

The Pickaway County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted Resolution No. PC-021726-10 on Feb. 17, 2026, formally adopting the Pickaway County Cybersecurity Program in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 9.64 and Auditor of State Bulletin 2025-007. The motion was offered by Commissioner Harold Henson and seconded by Commissioner Gary Scherer; Commissioners Wippel, Henson and Scherer voted yes.
