HEART asks TIFA to return $9,000 annual contribution to fund fireworks

Lindsay Brown, HEART staff, reported that the board submitted a formal letter to the Tax Increment Finance Authority requesting the return of a $9,000 annual contribution so the funds can be used to cover the cost of the city’s annual fireworks display. The letter is scheduled to be presented at the TIFA meeting on July 21.
