The Hart Economic and Redevelopment Team (H.E.A.R.T.) reappointed its officers for two-year terms during its Sept. 9 meeting. Catalina Burillo moved to reappoint Hannah Juhl as chair, Noble Graham-Lattin as vice chair, Maria Rosas as treasurer and Lisa Clark as secretary, and to reinstate Sue Payne; Rolando Salgado supported the motion and it carried.
