The full story
The board granted a modification request relating to a 10-by-24-foot shed owned by Alexander Lefever after reviewing the Planning Commission's previous denial. The Planning Commission had recommended denial because the most recent placement did not meet the previously granted modification; members voted 4–3 to deny the 10-foot rear setback modification at the PC level. Manager Leo Rosenbauer reported that the shed was moved and now sits 13.25 feet from the rear property line, making the modification effectively 11.75 feet. Supervisor Ford Stepp moved to approve the modification; the motion was seconded and the board approved.
