Sheriff recommends putting 2013 Ford Interceptor out to bid after engine failure

Sheriff Chad Bowers told the Pendleton County Commission on Nov. 16 that the motor in a 2013 Ford Interceptor had failed and that, given the vehicle’s roughly 150,000 miles, he recommended the county not repair it and instead put it out for public bid "as is."
