The Board of Garrett County Commissioners approved two procurement awards on Jan. 21: the design/build contract for the Keyser Ridge Business Park speculative industrial building to Daystar Builders, Inc. for $4,817,000, and the construction contract for the McHenry Lions Club pavilion to Mossy Horn Construction, LLC for $62,535.
