Haley Toms, assistant engineer for drainage, presented a petition from Doug Kraus concerning a tile blowout on Drainage District (DD) 66 Lateral 9. On a motion by Supervisor Peter Seehusen, seconded by Supervisor Kyle Smith, the board voted "Ayes all" to acknowledge receipt of the petition, formally placing it on the county record.
