After discussion about member schedules, the council voted to keep its regular monthly meeting start time at 07:00 rather than move it to 06:00. Several members noted conflicts with work and library board meeting nights.

The City of Juneau Common Council considered Resolution 01-20-26 proposing a 06:00 start time for regular monthly meetings, but members said 07:00 better fits work schedules and other commitments. The Chair (S1) read the resolution and members discussed practical conflicts; a motion to set meetings to 07:00 was seconded and approved by voice/roll call.
