During a packed agenda the commission approved a series of rezoning and variance requests. Jay Edward Donnelly’s rezone to permit an additional lot on Oakland Road passed; Jason Harness’s request to convert 17 acres adjacent to Highway 11 from residential to C-2 to support a construction business was approved with commissioners noting retention of the existing residence and limits on future frontage splits.
