Finance Director Tammy Lackey presented and the Board approved a budget amendment on Feb. 24 to transfer $1,088,903 within Fund 541 (Site Improvements) to a Site Improvements Repaving account to reflect in‑house paving expenditures. The modification was described as an internal reallocation of funds already budgeted for paving work that had been approved by the Board previously.
