Contractor River City Contracting presented three change orders for the Courthouse renovation. PCO 17 — a catwalk extension to service a new third-floor HVAC unit — was approved at $6,825. PCO 18, to vent third-floor restroom exhaust through the roof for $3,482, was tabled while the contractor explores tying vents together to reduce roof penetrations.
