Plan Commission approves Northern Gateway Townhomes condominium documents
The commission approved the Declaration of Condominium, plat, bylaws and shared-easement declaration for Northern Gateway Townhomes' Loyal's Landing Condominium (Lot 2 of CSM No. 4311 and expansion real estate of Lot 42), after the Village Attorney reviewed and approved the documents.

The Saukville Plan Commission on Feb. 3 approved condominium documents for a new Northern Gateway Townhomes development, including the Declaration of Condominium for Loyal's Landing, the condominium plat, bylaws and a declaration of shared easements for the property described as Lot 2 of CSM No. 4311 and expansion real estate of Lot 42 of Northern Gateway First Addition.
