The Board authorized the signing of a contract and Notice to Proceed with Gerken Paving, Inc. for the Elmore Eastern Road CR #6 Improvement Project on the County Engineer's recommendation and after Prosecutor review; the motion passed unanimously.

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners voted on Oct. 13, 2026 to authorize the signing of a contract and Notice to Proceed with Gerken Paving, Inc. for the Elmore Eastern Road CR #6 Improvement Project. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas and seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler; Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler all voted yes.
