At its Nov. 12 special meeting the Oklahoma State Board of Education approved a modified OSTP testing window, multiple consent-docket waivers, withheld Gifted & Talented funds for delinquent reporting, approved federal program claims and authorized a severance allowance to former employees of annexed districts.
