The Oklahoma State Board of Education voted Aug. 26 in Oklahoma City to accept hearing officer orders revoking the teaching certificates and certificate numbers of Aaron Hernandez and Bart Daniel and to issue an emergency order summarily suspending the certificate and number of Ronald Arthur pending individual revocation proceedings.
