The Charlestown Common Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2026-R-6 on Sept. 8 to dissolve the North Clark Community Hospital tax-increment financing (TIF) district, citing underperformance. Councilman Brian Hester moved for approval, Councilman Chuck Deaton seconded, and the motion passed 3-0.
