The committee reviewed an unusual billing situation involving three Wallace Road parcels that receive Niskayuna water but whose sewage has historically been processed by the neighboring municipality, Colony. Chair Aaron said the parcels were mistakenly charged sewer fees by Niskayuna while residents also paid Colony for sewage treatment, and he proposed refunding the amounts those property owners paid to Niskayuna for years they were effectively double-billed.
